Currently we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (ENGLISH-SPEAKING)!
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relations with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that increase customer satisfaction
Take full ownership of the customer journey by actively identifying and resolving issues, communicating solutions, and following up on daily tasks
Manage the logistical aspects of operationsand handlebilling documents, returns, quality complaints, and diversion cases
Be a role model of Yara’s culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority

Profile:
Fluent/native in English
Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate
