You would be responsible for:
- Daily communication with B2B, B2C clients;
- Cultivate positive, long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention and loyalty;
- Daily financial operations analysis, escalation and resolution;
- Daily work with ticketing system – analysis and resolution of incidents, bugs, other types of requests;
- Analyzing, understanding and reporting bugs/system issues to the development team;
- Analyzing clients needs and preparing new functionalities suggestions to development team.
We expect from you:
- Previous experience working in customer support or a client-facing role. Compliance/Fintech knowledge is a nice bonus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English, Lithuanian, Russian (nice to have)).
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
