During a Typical Day, You’ll:

  • Actively listen to customer service and sales agents' calls to identify pain points, areas of improvement, and adherence to established processes using pre-prepared questionnaire forms.
  • Read and analyze customer support tickets to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Conduct mystery shopper calls to evaluate the customer experience and uncover potential gaps in processes.
  • Document findings from data collection activities clearly and concisely to contribute to comprehensive process documentation/improvement.
  • Work closely with the team to develop data-driven recommendations for process improvement, specifically addressing customer interactions.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Student (of the last year) or graduate from Business, Management, Data Analysis, or similar field
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian & English
  • Great interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things change quickly

Bonus:

  • 6+ months of customer service or sales representative experience

Salary

800-1200 €/mon. net

Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
