Currently we are expanding our Cyber Security Baltics team and looking for a Cyber Security Specialist who would help to organize and operate required cyber defense capabilities. Depending on your experience and expertise you will be involved (hands-on and/or coordinating) in the areas of Security Incident Detection and Response, Malware protection, Vulnerability scanning and others.

Currently we are expanding our Cyber Security Baltics team and looking for a Cyber Security Specialist who would help to organize and operate required cyber defense capabilities. Depending on your experience and expertise you will be involved (hands-on and/or coordinating) in the areas of Security Incident Detection and Response, Malware protection, Vulnerability scanning and others.
In this role you will:
- Analyze security alerts, logs, network traffic, and other data sources to detect malicious activity and suggest threat detection and prevention improvements.
- Perform vulnerability scanning and embed results into wider vulnerability management process to ensure timely remediation of findings.
- Suggest and maintain security controls and measures to protect the organization, such as, intrusion detection/prevention systems, WAF, EDR and similar.
- Suggest, configure, and manage security tools (e.g. SIEM, WAF, EDR, Proxy, IPS, Vulnerability scanners etc.) to ensure effective defense against cyber threats.
- Prepare operational reports on security incidents, metrics, trends, and compliance status for management and stakeholders.
What you need to succeed:
- University degree in Security, Technology, or similar field of studies.
- At least 3 years of successful work experience in technical or managerial roles in the fields of Security or Technology.
- Solid understanding of Cyber-defense area, including tooling, technology, and processes.
- Good communication skills, with ability to present and coordinate cyber defense activities with technical teams.
- Fluent Lithuanian and English skills.

Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from 3500 €/month up to 4500 €/month gross (i.e. before taxes) depending on your experience and expertise.
