Your day-to-day:

  • Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Risk managers, and the Platform team to design and implement security solutions.
  • Define security requirements and engineering activities to ensure delivery against agreed standards and principles.
  • Consult the engineering teams in solving cyber security problems in a way that complies with required standards and contributes to the maturity of Oxylabs' security posture.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for security tools, applications, and processes.
  • Provide advice on external trends and developments to ensure that the overall cybersecurity management system strategy and standards meet the risk appetite and business strategy.

Your skills & experience:

  • Experience with Cybersecurity systems, e.g., SIEM, Vulnerability Management scanning systems, SOAR (Automation tools), etc.
  • Experience in developing and implementing security processes and ensuring security tools are effectively utilized.
  • Experience working in a Container, Kubernetes, Service Mesh, and microservices architecture (on-prem and/or cloud solution).
  • Hands-on experience working on integration with various repository tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, GitLab, etc.
  • Knowledge of security architecture, endpoint protection, operating systems, strong authentication solutions, and web security.
  • Knowledge of security, controls, risk & compliance standards and frameworks e.g. ISO27001, CIS, CSA, NIST, OWASP, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

NICE TO HAVE:
  • It would be excellent if you had technical certifications (e.g., GSE, CISSP, CASP+).
  • Relevant experience in SOC, IT security operations team, or similar would be an advantage.
  • Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) would be an advantage.

Salary:

  • Gross salary: 3470 - 5290 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
