As the voice of the company, you will ensure that customers are provided with the information they need

• Communicate only with the company's existing customers (incoming calls), and monitor the necessary information in internal systems 💻
  
• Try to ensure that customers remain satisfied after the interview after receiving detailed information on the questions that arise 📞
  
• With your good mood, you will provide excellent service quality and be part of an innovative team responsible for customer service 🏆

You are not afraid of challenges and a large amount of information;
You will be able to participate in training on the 8th. from 8:00 - 16:30, which are planned from 04.29;
Can work 0.75 or 1 full-time;
Do not feel afraid to communicate with customers by phone;
You are a communicative and responsible person;
You can speak English or Russian fluently - a big advantage;
Likes to help others solve situations;
You understand that it is especially important to provide information to customers in a pleasant and high-quality manner;

970-1490 €/mon. gross
The salary consists of a fixed part + bonuses every month.
