Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Employer Image and Selection Group Manager who is ready work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a trust-based culture and, of course, be #closer.
Every day you will be #closer to:
- You will contribute to the development of the Bank Group's employer image strategy, you will take responsibility for the implementation of the agreed initiatives;
- Plan and implement integrated employer image campaigns;
- You will constantly work with external partners on the creation and implementation of the employer's image strategy;
- Create internal and external communication inclusive content about the Bank Group as an employer and our team members: from videos to social media messages;
- Organize, motivate and support the Ambassador program of the Bank group;
- You will be responsible for formulating the employer's value proposition and constantly updating it taking into account market changes;
- Contribute to the projects of fostering the internal image of the Employer by implementing the Involvement Study action plan;
- You will implement recruitment, selection and introduction programs.
To be #closer, you will need:
- 1-2 years of successful work experience in the fields of human resources, internal communication, marketing, employer image;
- Higher education;
- Various levels of project management experience;
- Communication and opinion maker skills, creativity and positivity;
- Creativity, desire to improve, learn and achieve big goals;
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Lithuanian;
- Optimism, improvisation, ability to look wider and see deeper.
