We are looking for a colleague to join the Labor Relations and Payroll Management team and help us take care of the timekeeping process of the group's employees. Your main tasks will be:

- Control and supervision of the total working time accounting process of the employees of the group companies;
- Initiation of changes in order to optimize the total working time accounting process;
- Consulting employees on time accounting issues;
- If necessary, perform other labor relations administration and accounting functions.
We hope you:
- You have a university or non-university education;
- You know the regulations of cumulative working time accounting and are able to apply them in work activities;
- You have experience working with labor relations administration and salary systems (PASKATA, HRB Portal - an advantage);
- You have very good working skills in the MS Excel program;
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language, knowledge of the English language would be an advantage;
- You can boast of analytical skills and attention to detail, the ability to absorb information quickly.

The fixed salary range for the position group is between EUR 2,275 and EUR 3,412 (excluding tax). A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
