MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Properly and timely formalize the employment relations of employees;
- Administer and control work time accounting (employee work schedules and spreadsheets);
- Administer and control rest time accounting (employee absences);
- Administer labor discipline violations of employees;
- Prepare certificates for employees as needed (not related to wages);
- Advise and provide assistance to employees on current and system usage issues (Labbis, Dokobit).
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- Experience in the field of labor relations administration;
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating labor relations and the ability to apply them;
- Organization and ability to flexibly plan work, taking into account priorities;
- Diligence and attention to detail;
- Good computer skills (experience with Excel is necessary);
- Advantage of working with Labbis (Bonus) HR and payroll software.
