Labor law specialist

In Lithuania, there are currently 72 stores and a distribution center in Kaunas and Vilnius. We are currently inviting a Labor Law specialist to join the team.


Nature of work

• Advise company managers and employees on individual and collective labor law issues
• Prepare, coordinate, check and update various documentation and processes used/applied in labor relations
• Ensure compliance of measures and projects implemented in the company with legal acts regulating labor relations
• Analyze existing or expected personnel compliance risks
• Investigate reports of possible personnel compliance violations
• To represent the company in relations with other companies, organizations and state institutions in matters of labor law
• Prepare and conduct training for company managers and employees on labor law topics
• Submit and coordinate inquiries to the company's external legal consultants

Requirements for the candidate

• Higher university legal education
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of labor law
• Good knowledge of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the labor code and other legal acts
• Analytical thinking, attentiveness, curiosity, good time planning and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and very good English (German is an advantage)
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
