We are currently inviting a payroll accountant in Kaunas to join the successfully expanding Civinity group of companies.
Main pending work tasks:
- You will be responsible for (a) salary calculation while working in the "Vikarina" program;
- You will administer executive orders;
- You will prepare tax and statistical reports (monthly, quarterly, annual, instant), you will provide them to the relevant institutions and managers of the institution;
- You will provide salary-related certificates and declarations to state institutions (Sodra, VMI, etc.);
- You will check the correct completion of the Work Time Sheets;
- You will advise employees on salary issues;
- You will help Mr. accountant with other tasks.
What we expect from you:
- You have experience in the field of payroll accounting;
- You have a university/higher education (in the fields of accounting, finance, economics);
- You work well with the Excel program package;
- You know the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the calculation of wages;
- You know the rules of preparation, management and accounting of documents;
- You are characterized by analytical thinking, thoroughness, receptiveness to innovations.
