We are suitable if:
- You have completed a university or higher education in the fields of personnel management, finance, economics or accounting.
- Has at least 2 years of experience in payroll or corporate accounting.
- Knowledge of LR legislation related to labor relations, salary calculation and company accounting.
- Likes to work independently and sets the highest quality goals for himself/herself.
- You are flexible, attentive to details and able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- You communicate fluently in English orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage: Russian or Latvian.
What would you do with us:
- You would be responsible for the salary issues of the company's clients: entering data into the accounting program, performing calculations, submitting data to state institutions, preparing reports.
- Prepare the necessary personnel documents and administer the document management system.
- Consult employees on issues of payroll or personnel documents.
- You would participate in the company's accounting processes and help process accounting documents.
- You would create cost plans for client companies and control the actual use of costs.
- Prepare necessary certificates and other accounting documents.
- Help improve operational processes and create innovative personnel management services.
