Main responsibilities:
- Coordination of payroll accounting processes in accounting system development and implementation projects;
- Accounting of wages and calculation of other benefits;
- Completing and checking time sheets;
- Accounting of executive letters and other deductions;
- Consulting employees on salary issues;
- Preparation of reports for company management, auditors, controlling institutions;
- Assistance in preparing budgets, proposals, goals, during audits and submitting annual reports.
Employee requirements:
- Higher/advanced accounting or economic education;
- At least 1-2 years of similar work experience;
- Knowledge in the field of labor law, knowledge of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, regulating accounting, taxes, and company activities;
- Knowledge of Vikarina, Alna HR Office systems (advantage);
- Basics of English, good knowledge of Russian (advantage);
- Ability to plan time and prioritize tasks.
