Join our team if you are ready to:
- Ensure and control compliance with the requirements of OSH legislation in the company;
- Provide information, suggestions to the company's management about the state of OSH and advise on preventive measures aimed at protecting employees from injuries and occupational diseases, and coordinate the implementation of such measures;
- Organize, perform and coordinate professional risk assessment in the company;
- Prepare and update OSH procedures, procedures, instructions and reports;
- Instruct new and existing employees;
- Organize training for employees on OSH issues;
- Investigate accidents, incidents;
- Conduct regular audits, etc.
The experience we expect:
- At least 2 years of similar work experience in a construction/industrial environment;
- Knowledge and application of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating environmental protection and work safety in work activities;
- Occupational safety and health specialist certificate;
- Good Russian. orally and in writing;
- Excellent knowledge of computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, GPAIS - an advantage);
- Responsibility, ability to work both independently and in a team.
