Job description
- Organize and consult on issues of worker safety and health, fire safety, make proposals for improvement and strengthening of these areas;
- Instruct employees in matters of occupational safety and health, fire safety, prepare and update instructions;
- Organize, conduct and control mandatory training for employees;
- Investigating the circumstances and causes of accidents at work and on the way to/from work, incidents and occupational illnesses, filling out the necessary documents, submitting them to the responsible institutions;
- Provision of preventive measures to avoid accidents and implementation of drunkenness prevention;
- Compile and control the schedule of employee health checks;
- Ensure the provision of personal protective equipment to employees;
- Organize and control occupational risk assessment at workplaces;
- Advise employees on all issues related to employee safety and health.
Employee requirements
- Higher technical or engineering education;
- Valid occupational safety and health specialist certificate;
- Analogous work experience;
- Knowledge of employee safety and health, fire safety legislation;
- Responsibility, initiative, quick reaction to problems;
