Nature of work
- Coordination of small repair works;
- Construction work planning, organization, object cost analysis;
- Search for subcontractors;
- Organization of environmental maintenance works
- Control of the waste sorting system;
- Evaluation of completed work.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education (in the field of construction engineering would be an advantage);
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills;
- Knowledge of work safety, fire safety, environmental requirements (would be an advantage)
