Nature of work

NOTE: We inform you that we invite all candidates to participate in the selection directly from home, using online tools (video call programs). Estimated departure dates will be agreed individually during the job interview.

  • planning, coordination and evaluation of the work of the company's employees and subcontractors;
  • ensuring the necessary conditions for the execution of works;
  • ensuring the timely completion of quality work;
  • filling in spreadsheets and work completion reports;
  • repairing defects and improving the quality of work performance;
  • solving the problems that have arisen;
  • maintaining close contact with customers and subcontractors.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 18:00, Saturday 07:00 - 14:00.
Place of work: Wismar, Germany.

Requirements

  • at least 1 year of experience in the field of interior construction (advantage – in the field of ship fitting);
  • excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • ability to work with MS Office computer programs;
  • ability to read ship drawings;
  • category B driver's license;
  • diligence, loyalty, sense of responsibility and good communication skills;
  • technical education (advantage);
  • knowledge of worker safety and health, fire safety, environmental regulations (advantage).
