What tasks await:
- organize and distribute work, create work schedules and provide employees with work equipment;
- to ensure safe traffic, good quality of road surface, good road infrastructure in the entrusted road section;
- control that the work is performed in a timely and high-quality manner during the summer and winter;
- to fulfill the cumulative acts of execution of works, acceptance of works, write-off of materials, to submit reports in time;
- implement measures for the safety and health of workers in all aspects of work and take all measures necessary to ensure safety at work;
- ensure production and work discipline, control the compliance of employees with the established order.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has acquired higher (technical-engineering) education;
- has work experience in road maintenance, construction or other related fields (advantage - management experience);
- ability to work with MS Office software package;
- is characterized by initiative, openness to innovation, leadership;
- have a category B driving license.
