Nature of work
- Main gas pipeline reconstruction works, on the basis of subcontracting;
- Instruct and control how subordinate employees comply with the requirements of employee safety and health, fire safety, electrical safety, not appearing at work under the influence of alcohol and/or other substances;
- To control the quality of the works being performed, their progress, to carry out control measurements, to monitor that the works are carried out in accordance with the project, state standards, technical construction regulations;
- Control that the quantities of work provided in the design-estimated documentation actually correspond to the quantities of the works performed in the acts of acceptance of works, the scope of the work performed by the road transport and the quantities specified in the payment documents;
- Ensure safe work, fire safety, environmental protection and suitable work hygiene conditions in the facility, protection of the adjacent environment and natural and immovable cultural values;
- Organize timely and high-quality performance of construction works;
- Organize and execute pipeline works of various purposes according to the approved and submitted project-estimated documentation and work execution schedules;
- Organize the correct technical operation of construction equipment and other means of production, their maintenance and repair;
- Plan the resources needed for the project and outline the guidelines of the financial plan, issue orders for materials, mechanisms, vehicles, equipment, etc.
- Ensure proper creation, storage and archiving of Company documents
- Hand over completed construction objects and works for operation;
- Maintain relations with related parties (clients, supervising agency);
- Participate in the process of searching and selecting employees for work in foreign projects.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of similar work experience;
- SPSC (SSVA) certificate (advantage);
- Higher education in engineering, energy, mechanics or similar fields;
- Knowledge of the sequence and duration of pipeline system design processes, engineering system processes and technologies;
- B1 level English. written and oral knowledge.
