WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Manage the construction of high-power solar power plants on the ground (from piling to connection to transformers) using advanced construction management software
- Estimate calculation, budget estimation, employee work accounting
- Organize work and communicate directly with the customer
- Manage a team of 50 people (mechanics and electricians)
- Carry out construction in compliance with the highest work safety and quality requirements
- Carry out daily planning according to agreed deadlines
- Form employee teams, educate and motivate employees
- Work on business trips abroad - 4-6 weeks in the project, 1-2 weeks rest in Lithuania.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Electrical engineering education
- Experience in working with terrestrial solar power projects (1-10MW power)
- 3 years of management and work organization experience
- Communicate freely in English and German. Russian/French is a big advantage
- You are motivated to improve, create and be a leader for others.
