At the moment, the "YIT Lietuva" team is expanding and invites a work manager in the bridge construction department to join its team.

Job description:
- Work in the bridge construction department;
- Organizing, controlling, motivating the work of workers (a team of about 10 people);
- Time and quality control of work performance;
- Determining the need for materials, their control and accounting;
- Keeping records of employees' working hours;
- Responsibility for the safety and health of employees;
- Possible business trips (depending on the project).
Requirements:
- Higher technical, engineering education (advantage – road, construction engineering);
- Work experience in an analogous or similar position in construction, bridge construction companies;
- Experience in organizing the work of employees (our own or subcontractors);
- Responsibility, communication, ability to promptly solve the problems;
- Advantage - a certificate of qualification, giving the right to perform the duties of a special construction manager;
- Knowledge of IT systems and tools, "friendliness" and willingness to learn (e.g. Dalux).
