Nature of work
Work in the Netherlands on a secondment basis;
- Ensuring the safe work of personnel and coordinating work;
- Planning of installation works using the necessary resources;
- Ensuring compliance with work procedures;
- Accountability to the project manager;
- Reading production drawings;
- Preparation of daily progress reports;
- Compliance with the company's internal quality and management system;
- Performing additional functions as needed.
Employee requirements
- At least 5 years of work experience in the position of project/work manager in the field of installation of metal structures or shipbuilding;
- Higher engineering education;
- Speak English and Russian;
- Critical thinking.
