YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and coordinate work in assigned objects;
- Provide employees with tools and materials necessary to perform all work;
- Control the supply and use of materials and mechanisms intended for the facility;
- Control the quality of the work performed and adherence to time schedules;
- Instruct employees on work safety issues and ensure compliance with work safety requirements;
- Assign works to the technical supervisor, the customer.
YOUR MOST IMPORTANT COMPETENCES AND EXPERIENCES:
- Necessary work experience in the organization of construction works;
- Experience of managerial work, ability to organize and coordinate the work of subordinate employees/team (up to 15 employees);
- Certificate of qualification of structural construction manager would be an advantage;
- Good planning skills;
- You are able to take personal responsibility, you are flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
