- organization and coordination of work in facilities
- control of performed works
- preparation of reports and acts
- filling in the log of construction works
- creation and filling of work schedules/tables
Employee requirements
- Experience of the work manager in organizing co-construction, interior decoration and/or well-being works
- Education (construction specialization)
- Ability to read projects (drawings).
- Category B driver's license
- Certificate of the special construction manager of the structure
