Nature of work
- Organization and control of internal plumbing, sewage installation, LVN, HVAC works.
- Management of a group of subordinate employees;
- Coordination of subcontractors' work;
- Preparation and management of construction executive documentation;
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of LVN, HVAC systems;
- Knowledge of the construction process and technologies;
- Certificate of Works Manager (SPSC)
- Be able to read drawings in the AutoCad program;
- Work manager experience of at least 2 years;
- Good computer skills.
- Driver's licence B category.
