Work manager's assistant for work in Germany

• communication with representatives of local authorities and services;
  
• preparation of construction permit documentation;
  
• coordination of activities with customers, suppliers and colleagues from other departments of the company;
  
• preparation of reports;
  
• organization of employee accommodation;
  
• other tasks assigned by the manager.
  

Business trip 4 weeks in Germany, 2 weeks In Lithuania.

Higher or higher education (advantage - construction, technical, engineering);
Good knowledge of the German language (oral and written, min. B2 level);
Excellent computer skills (MS Office package, e-mail programs);
Responsibility, attentiveness, communication and diligence;
Ability to smoothly plan and execute assigned tasks;
Opportunity to work abroad;
category B driver's license;
Experience in similar work would be an advantage.
