🏗️ Detailed planning and efficient organization of installation works of aluminum glass and other facade structures.
🏗️ Coordinate and distribute responsibilities to our experienced installation team.
🏗️ Ensure work is completed on time, in accordance with high standards and in accordance with customer expectations.
🏗️ Ensure clear and high-quality cooperation with subcontractors and the supervision and management of their work.
🏗️ Guide and apply the latest technologies and innovations in daily work, so that projects are implemented as efficiently and qualitatively as possible.
🏗️ Try to ensure that high safety and environmental standards are observed at the construction site.
🏗️ Manage relevant project documentation, including method descriptions, risk assessment and safety requirements.
🏗️ Maintain excellent existing relationships with existing customers and try to attract new customers in order to ensure long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction with our services.

👌You have accumulated successful experience as an experienced and insightful manager of construction works and are able to organize work efficiently.
👌You have a higher engineering education (in the field of construction).
👌You communicate well in English. Communication in Russian will be considered an advantage.
👌You try to maintain high standards in terms of project quality.
👌You have excellent communication skills and are able to create and develop strong working relationships.
👌You are proud of your ability to assemble and lead a team.
👌You have a driver's license.
