WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Organize and control the electrical installation work performed by the team
- Communicate with project managers and customer representatives
- Prepare reports and other documents
- Manage a team of 20-30 employees
- Analyze drawings and diagrams
- Work on business trips abroad - 4-6 weeks in the project, 1-2 weeks rest in Lithuania
- Be a leader and authority for other team members.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Electrical/mechanic engineering education
- 2 years of management and work organization experience in electromechanical projects
- Fluent in English and moderate Russian
- Ability to efficiently plan your working day
- To be a leader and an example to others.
