WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Organize and control the installation of electrical equipment and its connection, cabling and laying of cable routes performed by the team in industrial and data center buildings, battery factories
- Communicate with project managers and customer representatives
- Prepare reports and other documents
- Manage a team of 15+ employees
- Be a leader and authority for other team members
- Working abroad - 4-6 weeks in the project, 1-2 weeks rest in Lithuania.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Education as an electrician, electrical automation or electrical technician
- Electrical safety VK, AK certificates, other qualification certificates are an advantage
- 2+ years of management and work organization experience
- Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Russian and Swedish is an advantage
- Motivation to improve, create and be a leader for others.
