WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Organize and control the work performed by the team
- Communicate with the customer's representatives
- Prepare reports and other documents
- Be a leader and manage a team of 20 employees
- Work on business trips abroad - 4-6 weeks in the project, 1-2 weeks rest in Lithuania.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Engineering education and knowledge in electrical/structural assembly works
- More than 1 year of experience in managing the construction of solar power plants
- Communicate freely in English and Russian. German or French is a big advantage.
