Occupational safety and health specialist / Work in an international company

The ISS company was founded in Denmark in 1901. and today has branches in more than 30 countries and over 350,000 employees. ISS Lithuania began operations in 2005. and grew to 270 employees. ISS Lithuania provides integrated building management and maintenance services, such as office management, cleaning, catering, technical maintenance, etc.

Nature of work:

• To improve the culture of employee safety and health in the company and at clients;
  
• To ensure the implementation of the mandatory legal acts of occupational safety and health and fire safety and the requirements applied by ISS and the client group and their compliance in the company and at clients;
  
• Advise colleagues and clients and cooperate on issues of occupational safety and health, fire safety and environmental protection;
  
• Instruct employees, organize employee safety and health, fire safety training, evacuation exercises;
  
• Organize and implement measures for the prevention of accidents and occupational diseases, investigate accidents;
  
• Organize preventive health checks;
  
• Prepare and update employee safety and health documentation, prepare reports on achieved results;
  
• To propose and implement innovations and examples of good practice in order to optimize the work of an occupational safety and health specialist;
  
• Participate in various projects (e.g. creation/updating of instructional/training modules; employee training; ISO system support);
  
• Periodically visit the objects operated by the company in Vilnius and Klaipėda.

From 2200 €/mon. gross
Salary will be discussed with the selected candidates based on their experience.
