Nature of work
- To instruct employees in accordance with the procedure established by the normative acts of safety and health, fire safety, and environmental protection;
- Organize and conduct work safety and health and fire safety training for the company's employees;
- Prepare and fill in normative documents for employee safety and health, fire safety;
- Provide information, suggestions on the state of OSH, advise on preventive measures aimed at improving the health and safety of workers and coordinate the implementation of these measures;
- Coordinate professional risk assessment in the company;
- Conduct/coordinate internal audits;
- Participate in State controlling institutional inspections;
- Investigate accidents, organize and implement preventive measures;
- Advise company employees and managers on all issues related to employee health and work safety;
- Select and control the issuing of personal protective equipment and work clothes in the company.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education;
- Employee safety and health specialist certificate;
- Knowledge of employee safety and health legislation;
- Practical work experience in the fields of occupational safety and health;
- Independence in making decisions, responsible approach to work;
- Work experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
