What tasks await
WE CAN CREATE A WORKPLACE: IN KAUNAS, ALYTU, MARIJAMPOLA OR ANOTHER CITY IN THE SOUTHERN REGION.
- ensure efficient and timely management and control of employee safety and health - instruct employees of the Southern region, organize safety and health training, provide recommendations and suggestions, advise colleagues;
- organize, perform and coordinate occupational risk assessment in the Company in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation on employee safety and health;
- to ensure that the Company's employees comply with the requirements of safety and health normative legal acts in construction, road maintenance and other ongoing works;
- investigate the causes and circumstances of accidents, incidents, accidents;
- prepare measures for the prevention of accidents and incidents at work and occupational diseases or organize their preparation.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has obtained a higher university education according to special occupational safety and health training programs or a certificate issued by an educational institution confirming competence to work as an occupational safety and health specialist;
- has 3 years of experience in a road infrastructure company in the fields of safety and health, fire prevention and civil protection (experience in an organization with remote departments is an advantage);
- is honest, has analytical thinking, attention to detail and independence;
- is able to organize work smoothly, is inclined to cooperate and work in a team;
- has a category B driver's license;
- is a proficient user of the MS Office program package;
- knowledge of English is an advantage.
