Employee Safety and Health Specialist

The following tasks await you:

• You will organize and carry out employee Safety and Health and fire safety activities in the company in accordance with the applicable legislation and Bonava Group's internal regulations;
• You will carry out supervision and control of workers' safety and health and fire safety requirements in facilities;
• You will investigate employee accidents, incidents in the work environment and determine measures aimed at eliminating or reducing these risks;
• You will be responsible for the selection of personal protective equipment and their maintenance;
• You will prepare and regularly update employee safety and health and fire safety documentation in a timely manner;
• You will take care of the organization and certification of employee safety and health and fire safety training;
• You will participate in Bonava Group employee safety and health groups, where you will be able to gain knowledge and share good practices, implementing all this in the Bonava Lietuva division;
• You will represent the company during inspections by the controlling authorities.

We are waiting for you if:

• You have the relevant competence and certificate of an occupational safety and health specialist. You know and are well acquainted with the currently valid occupational safety and health and fire safety laws and other legal acts
• You have at least 3 years of work experience working in this field
• You have experience in the organization of work safety in the construction sector (advantage)
• You are fluent in Lithuanian and English (both orally and in writing)
• You have a driving license (category B)

Offered salary from 3400 - 4400 eur (gross). Salary depends on your competence and experience.
