Employee safety specialist

· I will organize and carry out employee Safety, Fire Prevention and Civil Protection activities in the company in accordance with valid legal acts and the company's internal regulations;

· I coordinate and analyze recorded unsafe situations, incidents and accidents in the company;

· I organize employee safety, fire prevention and civil safety training and certification;

· You will prepare and regularly update the documentation of employee safety and health, fire prevention and civil safety;

· You will carry out internal audits of the company in the fields of worker safety, fire prevention and civil safety;

· I coordinate professional and facility risk assessments and improvement projects;

· You will be responsible for the selection of personal protective equipment and their maintenance;

· I will educate and consult colleagues on issues of worker safety, fire prevention and civil safety;

· I participated in various projects for the improvement and digitization of employee safety;

· I represented the company during inspections by the controlling authorities.

· Higher education (preferably in technical, engineering, public health or related fields);

· Worker safety and health specialist experience (2 years), in a manufacturing company - an advantage;

· Occupational safety and health specialist, fire safety qualification certificates - an advantage;

· Knowledge of employee safety and health normative legal acts and the ability to apply them in practice;

· Excellent skills with MS "Office" applications;

· Initiative, analytical thinking, effective time planning and strong communication;

· English language skills (B2 level).
