Apartment building maintenance administrator

1. Administration of apartment buildings and supervision of ongoing repairs.
2. Monitoring, evaluation and documentation of the technical condition of the house.
3. Filling in technical passports and maintenance logs of the structure.
4. Performing annual and extraordinary home inspections.
5. Assessment of the condition of the house and determination of its compliance with all mandatory requirements based on the results of continuous observations and inspections.
6. Preparation of annual and long-term plans for repair and maintenance works and the need for funds.
7. Organization of meetings and written voting of owners of apartments and other premises.
8. Organization of decision-making by apartment owners to carry out repair or reconstruction works.
9. Organization of tenders for tenders, maintenance of repair works, control of repair works and acceptance of works.
10. Organization of accident liquidation of common use facilities, management of income and expenditure accounting for the implementation of mandatory construction use and maintenance requirements.
11. Organization of management of the plot of land assigned to the house.

College or university degree in civil engineering or equivalent technical education.
Practical work experience.
Orientation to the result.
Good computer skills (MS Office).
Analytical thinking and the ability to work promptly.
Organization, attentiveness, accuracy, responsibility, punctuality, desire to improve.
Work with the Sistela estimate program (advantage).
Occupational safety certificate (advantage).
Driver's license category B (required).
