- Formation and continuous development of the customer base;
- Formation, development and maintenance of commercial relations with clients, search for new clients;
- Preparation of commercial proposals for clients, administration, control of compliance with contractual obligations;
- Implementation of personal and team goals, analysis of performance indicators.
Employee requirements
- Higher Education;
- Experience in sales is an advantage;
- Very good Lithuanian. knowledge, ability to communicate in Russian and English;
- Good computer skills;
- Diligence, attention to details;
- Orientation to the result - both personal and team;
- Driver's license.
