Nature of work

  • Organization of smooth office activities and ensuring order, guest trust;
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies;
  • Receiving, registering and delegating correspondence (e-mail, letters, calls, etc.) to responsible persons;
  • Documentation management;
  • Working with company e-mail systems;
  • Assistance in the preparation and administration of personnel documents;
  • Performing tasks delegated by the manager;
  • Assistance in planning the company's Director's agenda;
  • Contacting the company's suppliers;
  • Other office administration work;

Employee requirements

  • Higher Education;
  • Experience in administrative work (advantage);
  • Representative appearance, practicality, communication skills;
  • Very good oral and written command of Lithuanian and English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
  • Quick orientation, responsible approach to work, punctuality;
  • Excellent assistance skills, helpfulness;
