What your working day will look like:

  • Assist the manager in various matters;
  • You will communicate and work with rental operation teams in Lithuania and abroad;
  • You will prepare and register documents, manage correspondence and company accounts;
  • I organize business trips (booking plane tickets, hotel reservations);
  • Prepare various presentations;
  • You will work with databases;
  • Will contribute to various tasks in coliving and coworking projects (analysis, statistics, help in sales, administrative project management processes).

What we expect:

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and written);
  • Very good computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Communicability, prudence, ability to allocate priorities;
  • Diligence, attention to details, quick orientation;
  • Responsibility and desire to grow.
