If you:
- Work together with the head of the Main Kitchen on personnel management issues;
- Recruitment and selection of employees in the main kitchen of "Rimi" by conducting job interviews and selecting employees;
- Preparation and process management of personnel documents for employees from third countries;
- Ensuring smooth employee adaptation and education processes;
- Cooperation in creating employee schedules, solving various problems;
- Cooperation with the head of the Main Kitchen, shift foremen, advising them on personnel management issues;
- Strengthening of employee engagement, organization of events for company employees, microclimate monitoring and support;
- Consulting the employees of the Main Kitchen in matters of personnel administration.
If you:
- You understand what personnel management processes are;
- You are result-oriented;
- Has experience in managing the employee introduction process;
- Has good computer literacy skills (Word, Excel);
- Has strong cooperation and communication skills with various people, "feels" and is able to find access to another person;
- You have good time planning skills, you are organized;
- You are receptive to innovations, willing and able to constantly improve;
- Learn Russian;
- Learning English would be an advantage.
