- formalize the documentation received and sent by the institution and provide it according to the purpose;
- systematize, register, link incoming and outgoing documents of the institution and distribute them to responsible employees;
- ensure timely and proper dispatch of outgoing correspondence;
- receive visitors, interested parties, provide them with information;
- ensure compliance of the forms of documents to be signed with the requirements of legal acts;
- control the deadlines for the completion of tasks assigned to employees.
We hope you:
- you know the rules of preparation, registration, processing, accounting and management of documents and have work experience in this field;
- you know the ethical norms of business communication;
- you have obtained a higher education;
- has excellent computer skills, if working with the document management program Docligix - would be an advantage;
- speak and write fluently in the national language, learn at least one foreign language;
- you are organized, loyal, diligent, attentive to details;
- you have excellent communication and teamwork skills, you are helpful.
