Document management specialist (IT support)

Examining, solving, consulting customer requests
Implementation and configuration of IT solutions according to the Client's needs
Preparation of IT solution documentation
Training of users and administrators
Support to customers by telephone and on site in the operation of IT solutions
Analysis and resolution of IT solution failures and control of problem resolution handed over to programmers.
