Reward system:

€930/month. pre-tax fixed remuneration;
+ monthly bonus for executing the sales plan;
+ commission depending on the type of insurance policy sold;

For the first 6 months, a salary of at least EUR 1100 (before taxes) is guaranteed.
Up to 62.5% of one month's fixed remuneration annual bonus for company results.

Career path:

Your career path would start from the position of a junior underwriter, where you can progress to a senior underwriter or even a department manager!
