After becoming part of BTA, we will entrust you with:

• Advise existing clients and offer them the most acceptable insurance solutions;
• To conclude and administer insurance contracts;
• Actively sell non-life insurance services (such as transport, CASCO, property, personal insurance) to existing customers;
• Expand the circle of customers using different customer development channels.

It is important to us to create and maintain a trusting relationship with customers, partners and colleagues. We believe you will be successful in this position if:

• Likes to communicate and cooperate with various people;
• Able to work from a sales representative office on a regular schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays;
• Wants to learn and improve in the field of sales;
• Can work with a computer (Word, e-mail);
• You can speak and write correctly in Lithuanian.

• All training required for this job, so experience in insurance is not necessary;
• Work under an employment contract from Amatų st. 3 working days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
• Motivating salary, which consists of a fixed part and bonuses for sales results WITHOUT A CEILING;

Salary: 1100-1500 €/month. before tax

Reward system:

€930/month. pre-tax fixed remuneration;
+ monthly bonus for executing the sales plan;
+ commission depending on the type of insurance policy sold;

For the first 6 months, a salary of at least EUR 1100 (before taxes) is guaranteed.
Up to 62.5% of one month's fixed remuneration annual bonus for company results.

Career path:

Your career path would start from the position of Junior Underwriter, with the possibility of progressing to Senior Underwriter or even Head of Department!
