- receiving, registering and consulting calls about insurance events;
- collection of necessary documentation and information about damages, evaluation of received material and information and further administration of damages;
- making a decision on the payment of the benefit;
- communication with clients and their consulting;
Employee requirements
- good knowledge of English and Russian (knowledge of other languages would be an advantage);
- good computer skills;
- ability to work independently and in a team;
- ability to evaluate, draw conclusions and take responsibility for decisions;
- initiative, diligence, responsibility, communication, receptiveness to innovations;
- work in customer service or with insurance claims would be an advantage.
