Currently, the sales and operations planning department of Narbutas International UAB is looking for data administrator(s)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:

  • Plan, execute and monitor the process of normalization of operating times in order to achieve optimal work efficiency and resource allocation;
  • Collect, manage and analyze operational data in order to identify opportunities for increasing efficiency and identify factors preventing optimal use of time;
  • Cooperate with other company departments and various interested parties in order to create better conditions for normalizing operational times and ensure the smoothness of operations;
  • Provide recommendations for changes, the purpose of which is to manage and use operational times more effectively;
  • Compile and submit periodic reports to the managers, on the results of rationing of operational times and other important factors.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:

  • Higher or higher education, preferably with a specialization in operational time management or other related fields;
  • Good data analysis skills, able to analyze and interpret statistical indicators necessary for an effective time rationing process;
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office applications and the ability to effectively use specialized time management programs:
  • Excellent time planning skills, able to organize tasks, set priorities and manage working time efficiently;
  • Good analytical thinking skills, able to understand complex processes and identify opportunities for increasing efficiency.
