Our client - an information and communication technology company that provides integrated telecommunications, IT and television services to Lithuanian residents and businesses, is looking for new team members!
Work schedule: Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 17:00.
Place of work: Vilnius.
- informing customers about ongoing e-store orders;
- clarification of the necessary information (from the client);
- informing customers about the use of services;
- work with a computer system;
- adequate representation of the organization;
- no sales by phone - only information or clarification of information.
Work schedule: Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 17:00.
Place of work: Vilnius.
Requirements
- good communication and cooperation skills;
- responsibility, positivity, initiative;
- work experience in a call center, in the field of customer service (advantage);
- experience working with SAP program (advantage).
