Nature of work
- Process, systematize, calculate and analyze the most important performance indicators;
- Follow and evaluate the deviations of the main performance indicators, change trends, provide insights, proposals for their optimization;
- Systematize and process large arrays of data from different information systems;
- Improve and automate existing and create new reports, ensure their monitoring;
- Prepare and provide information to managers in the requested sections;
- Initiate and apply innovative business analytics automated solutions;
- Cooperate with employees of other fields of activity on issues of data submission, reports and automation of performance indicators;
Employee requirements
- You have at least 2 years of similar work experience;
- You are able to systematize, process and analyze complex data;
- You have excellent working skills with MS Excel;
- You have analytical skills, you pay attention to details;
- You are able to perfectly argue your insights in writing and orally;
- You have excellent time planning skills, self-control and result orientation;
