The company "IKI Lietuva" is one of the largest employers in the country. The company is currently looking for three Data Analysts to join the team in Vilnius, who will help with their insights and calculations to make reasonable decisions in business development. Positions:
- Data Analyst (Supply Chain) (at least one year of similar work experience required);
- Data analyst (working with Power BI requires at least two years of similar work experience);
- Mr. Business Data Analyst (minimum of two years of similar work experience required).

RESPONSIBILITY POSITION:
- Work with large-scale databases, data processing, systematization;
- Analysis of performance indicators, risk identification and presentation of conclusions and insights;
- Data quality assurance, deviation identification, constant data control;
- Processes and needs analysis, assessment, search and implementation of optimization opportunities;
- Advising department employees on issues related to activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher university education;
- At least 1-2 years. similar work experience;
- Excellent MS Excel skills; Knowledge of Power BI (assessed as an advantage);
- Programming language skills (SQL, Python) - would be an advantage;
- Fluent in written and spoken Lithuanian and English;
- Analytical thinking and attention to details;
- Good communication and cooperation skills;
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing complex environment.
