"Compensa Vienna Insurance Group" 2021 - 2023 elected leader of the financial sector.
Your working day:
- Preparation of reports;
- Systematization of data and their analysis;
- Independent work with developing projects;
- Generation of new initiatives and development and improvement of internal processes of the claims department;
- Execution and analysis of assigned quality and control tasks.
What we expect:
- Higher education (can be a final year student);
- Good skills in using Excel;
- Professional and personal qualities: initiative, communication, receptivity, attentiveness;
- Independence, analytical thinking;
- Willingness to learn, improve and achieve results;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English, knowledge of writing;
- Experience in an insurance company - would be an advantage.

The final salary depends on the competences of the selected candidate and the achieved work results.
